Does Robohelp Work well on a Delphi application

Greetings, I am new to this list. I am a technical recruiter in the Silicon 
Valley and our firm works with Tech Writers and contract opportunities a 
lot (about 25% of our business).

I have a technical question. A client of mine (who may have a contract 
project soon :) ) is evaluating different on-line help products.  I hope to 
gather ad-hoc information from this list to give to him.

The application that needs the on-line help is used in generating sales. 
The application is written in Delphi.

Are there any issues of using Robohelp in an environment with a Delphi 
client?

Or are there other online help products that work better in a Delphi 
environment than Robohelp?
