I'm on digest mode so I'm a little late in this discussion, but my favorite
typo actually made it into shop manuals used by automotive mechanics.
Someone must have used the word processor's "replace all" feature when
spellchecking because all instances of "transaxle" were replaced with
SAP Training Team developer
