I list the dates for my last three jobs, going back to early 1996. As I said
earlier, I'll go back even earlier if a particular listing seems to be
looking for some of that earlier experience.

My military experience is under a separate heading (on the second page when
printed), as is my undergraduate degree. Do the dates for these really
matter? Would you reject my resume for not including them?
