Now on to some serious stuff.....

I have been tasked to write two SDKs by the end of October. I have all of
the information that I need, but am not sure how to begin putting it
together. Can anyone tell me a good reference book or website with the
basics? I am looking for a basic outline or format -- is there an SDK
standard out there, maybe one blessed by Bill Gates and friends?

Thanks for your help!
