HDK from www.vmtech.com. I use it for seamless .doc -> .hlp/.chm,/.html etc.
It provides a variety of TOC formats and is about to (crossed fingers) get
some wicked new HTML templates. Adobe does has PDFWriter for Doc -> PDF as
part of Acrobat. Add my editioning dialog tool and viola - Word as the
single source development dream.

>From what I understand, as we may go this direction shortly ourselves,
Macromedia's products would be the better ones for the CBT.
