HELP MEEEEE!!!!!!

My company is producing its first version of our software for the Mac, and I
need to produce Mac-compliant Help files. Here's my set up

1. SGML source files (created with a text editor) for single sourcing
2. We use Quadralay's Web Works Professional 6.0.6 (for Win) to produce the
WinHelp.
3. Running W2K
4. More than enough memory
5. My birth sign is Scorpio

As I understand it, WW can produce HTML Help, but will my users require IE?
If so, then HTML Help isn't an option.

Ideas? Any help is very much appreciated.
