Well, ZIP does this best.

Really, if multiple people are working on the project, you really don't need
to ship the graphics unless you want to. You can share the FM files without
imported graphics and live with the grey boxes, right? All that is needed is
to make sure all the graphics are together before you ship the deliverable.
