The foundation of all Quality Assurance is peer review. "Peer" does not
mean a clone of yourself or just someone with your abilities. It
essentially means an intelligent, independent set of eyes with an
overall understanding of what is being reviewed. That function can be
performed by many people and not just other tech writers. Whether a
"mere" admin, or the CEO/CTO, I'm almost always glad for reviews since
most reviewers usually have something positive to add or comment about
that I didn't think of.
