Things would have to get really bad
before a union could do people like us any good.
I am an outside contractor at a place where there
is a union. The union cannot accomplish anything.
All it does is protect the jobs of the least productive
individuals in the place. The worst of the lot is the
shop steward - a perfect position for a do-nothing.
