Interesting topic, this. Moreso, because I've been developing such a
document for our company. It's largely in the final stages of review, before
it gets put up on the company intranet.

Like John says, NetMeeting comes with almost every version of Windows, and
even if you don't have it, it's a free download.

Before 9/11, quite a bit of our business was conducted in person, and there
were many flights from here to Germany. Post 9/11, a lot more of our
business has been conducted by phone or using meeting/communication tools.
We've also found it a great way to keep the bottom line in check.
