FWIW - I have received a few dozen personal thank-you's for the help and
solutions I provide and every single one of those little letters gives me a
great uplift. Even if only 1/20 people send a thank you that use it, the
positive effect the "thank you" has is worth every second of the slog that's
gone into it and many others like it.
