Two systems. The speaker loads the presentation on one laptop and clicks through it in normal view (hint: make the notes pane bigger); a coworker runs the projected presentation from another system. They rehearse to get the timing right.

Cheaper solution: Print the notes pages. That's why that print option exists in the first place.
