* Having to use Framemaker and Word so I can't really get into the "flame"
debates on which one is better :-(

* Having nothing to do - and trying to appear productive ("I'll just rewrite
this process once more on how you load the printer with paper...and how to
photocopy....") - especially when a company is looking at down-sizing
underperforming or non-earning areas.....

* Oh and yes doing a hundred little, minor, inconsequential, edits - known
as the "death of a thousand edits" - and knowing that at the document review
the reviewers (oh I love them!) will try and change one word per paragraph,
because wouldn't "the" look better there, and can't we add a "that"....even
though it has been clearly explaining exactly what they should be
reviewing....

regards and thanks,
Sean O'Donoghue-Hayes
