Ok, in that light, I guess I agree. 

Probably it's more of an issue for those who do 
contracting and who therefore spend a 
relatively larger amount of time shopping 
themselves (and their portfolios) around.

I was thinking from the perspective of someone 
who looks for a new job only every several 
years.
