I re-read your post and realized that I really didn't answer your question.

A quick google search on "C95.2-1982" (which denotes the radio frequency
radiation health warning symbol) lead me to the following link:
http://standards.ieee.org/reading/ieee/std_public/description/emc/ which is
only available through subscription.
