One of them has been able to transition this to reasonable part-time freelance career. It didn't work out that well for the other, and he is now forced to choose between returning to his old job full-time or quitting. Bummer.


Perhaps the second friend is not a good entrepreneur.

Moms have a tendency to do what is necessary. I think she will be fine. May have to buy stocks in midnight oil, but it is doable. Been there, done that.
