Have you read this Book?

I've just come across an ad for "The Practical Guide to People Friendly
Documentation" by Adrienne Escoe. ISBN 0-87389-212-7.
Has anyone read this one?  Is it useful?  Apparently, according to Amazon,
it is an update to "Nimble documentation; the practical guide for
world-class organizations."
