Annamarie --

I've felt some twinges in my right wrist which I've never
consulted a doctor about. However, I've changed my setup to
address them. I found it helpful to have a mouse on 1 pc and a
trackball on the other (use different muscles). Plus I've
improvised a couple of props from folded mousepads that I tuck
under the the trackball or mouse occasionally to change the
angle of the device and of my hand on it. When doing a LOT of
mousing, I've also been known to put the pointing device on my
lap. Changes the angles dramatically. Oh another thing. I
pause several times a day and do a series of wrist stretches I
learned in Aikido. They really loosen things up.

HTH and good luck.
