Folks,
It occurred to me that as corporations with products to sell, you probably already have ad agencies. I would suggest tapping them--for free advice, job descriptions, software choices (adman), and other "value-added" offerings they will be only to happy to share with you because YOU are the client! ; ) Deal through your account exec--they like to have a single client-side contact. HTH!
