Amanda L. Lutey's tagline stated:

Vonnegut also stated that all writers write with an audience in mind.
This means that technical writers, like writers of all genres, follow
similar creative processes. But that's a dead horse that's been kicked
too many times on this list. Try the TechRhet list for a more engaging
discussion of the this issue.
