1. Edit > Preferences (or Ctrl+K).
2. Click "Display" on left of panel (third item down
if you don't know Spanish to find "Display").
3. In top grouping (Display), use the 3rd drop-down
list "Application Language" to set the language used
in the GUI.

HTH... (I don't have an international version
installed to check with, but if Adobe follows the
standard rules for application localization, the
options should be in the same places as the English
version...)
