My professor suggested I post this question to your list--I hope that it
isn't too irrelevant.

I am about to begin a research project where I will be analyzing hundreds
of business-related letters. I know if I am looking for a specific word
or phrase, I can use a feature such as "find" in Word and it will search
the document for me. However, I was wondering if there was a program or
technique that might allow me to analyze these letters in a more elegant
way.

Please feel free to email me with your response. Thanks.
