We automatically generate forms from a Word file provided by another
department using mail merge and an Excel spreadsheet. Now, the department
wants to provide the form as a PDF file. Is it possible to populate fields
on a PDF file automatically using something like mail merge? Anyone have any
experience with this, because I have no idea?!!

Much thanks
Elizabeth
