Chaotic environments are good when fueled by creative energy.

Most of the chaotic environments I've been in have been fueled by people
who don't want to discipline themselves, don't want to learn from past
mistakes, confuse activity with productivity, and then talk about
"teamwork" and "flexibility" when a crisis erupts.
