Consider Acrobat 5's collaboration feature. You place a PDF on a 
network server (if all players are on the same networked file system) 
or at a URL (requires a WebDAV setup). Players open the PDF file in 
their browser (yes, all players must have full Acrobat 5.) All 
players can SIMULTANEOUSLY or asynchronously mark up the PDF; each 
can see the other reviewers' comments, but can only change their own. 
The document owner can open the original document and import the 
comments of each or all reviewers.

It's very cool.
