Documentation is fully integrated into the development process because we
develop everything in cross-functional teams. In our 2+ years of following
this type of development, we have not missed a deadline, AND have found that
the tech writers make the best leaders for the cross-functional teams.

At your organization, does the product development
process (or SDLC) clearly include documentation?
* Documentation is fully integrated into the process
* Documentation is in the process, tangentially
* Documentation is not addressed in the process
* Documentation is explicitly excluded
* We do not have a formal development process
* Other/none of the above
