hi folks
I am a brand new member to this list. i am an instructional designer working in a large firm engaged in the development of WBT's. however i would like to change my field of interest to technical writing. what do u think are the tools needed to know to qualify as a technical writer? Morever i would do like to do some freelaning stuff in technical writing. how do you think are the opportunities for a freelancer?
