That's right, the problem is with Acrobat, so it spans Windows versions.

It's the WORKAROUND that doesn't work in NT, Me, 2000, or XP. We keep
a 98 machine around to do custom page sizes, but maybe the custom driver
method mentioned in another message works, too...
