Yeah, you have to download the latest PS driver from Adobe for some OS's.
Mod its ppd before install and shazam.

It's the WORKAROUND that doesn't work in NT, Me, 2000, or XP. We keep
a 98 machine around to do custom page sizes, but maybe the custom driver
method mentioned in another message works, too...
