Like many of you, I have an increasing number of friends and former co-workers who are looking for work. I try to forward them any leads I come across. I stumbled across the following site recently, but was wondering if any of you have had any personal experience with it? They seem to have a few open documentation projects (in addition to development and qa).

Thanks for any info.
