Hello-I wanted to answer this question since I was the sole writer in a
small company *and* I have an advanced degree. Great job but low pay. Mostly
because the company was losing money by the bucketful, which is why I was
laid off in June. So I guess it depends on the company you work for and
whether they value your work and background. It also depends on their
financial health.
