Assuming a company is in good financial standing, and contracts booked for
the next 3 years...does a lone TW *deserve* a higher salary?

This assumes that the TW can produce high quality (approved by the customer,
even praised by the customer) documentation, and is responsible for the same
things that a team would be.

In what situations a lone (ranger) TW not *deserve* a higher salary?

If this is too broad, or too off-topic...please...let it go or respond off
list. No need to start a heated debate (read as: off topic argument).
