What version of Word? What version of Acrobat and Distiller were used to
create the PDF file? What version PDF did you create? What was it
optimized for? Did you embed and subset fonts? Do all machines have the
same fonts installed? Do they all have the same operating system?

::: -----Original Message-----
::: I have created a document in Word, converted it to pdf.
::: When I print it
::: using Acrobat reader 4.0 it prints fine, but on a computer
::: with reader 5.0,
::: the text comes out as small rectangles and squares.
:::
::: I tried other printers, other pdfs and the same thing
::: happens. Any ideas?
