Please. Someone give me the simple solution that I must be missing here.

I have created a document in Word, converted it to pdf. When I print it
using Acrobat reader 4.0 it prints fine, but on a computer with reader 5.0,
the text comes out as small rectangles and squares.

I tried other printers, other pdfs and the same thing happens. Any ideas?
