should be handled entirely (okay, almost entirely--nothing is perfect)
by the system. Is the material organized differently? Fine. Do
cross-refs look different? Fine. Does the same procedure change from
third person in a design spec to second person in a Help file? Fine. I
know I'm shooting high here, but I can dream, can't I?
