Gil Yaker asked about file structures:

I'd do two things:

* Restructure the file system. There should be easier/cleaner ways to organize your storage system so that it's easier to find and access your files

* Look into Visual Source Safe. We use it, and it offers a great set of security tools.

I don't use Outlook for anything but my email...but the idea of storing your files in it seems kind of dangerous. I'm wondering if any of the numerous viruses that nibble at outlook wouldn't pose a danger to your files? I obviously don't know enough about that issue, but it seems like an appropriate concern, and a perfect reason to get your files into some other storage system.
