I would appreciate any feedback on the average hours worked per week for
salaried TW's. I have heard some scary figures that are considered "normal"
for a base salary, with increases in salary level almost automatically
entailing longer hours. I understand that particular projects often require
extra work, and I am asking primarily about the average--including "take
home," if this is considered the norm at your organization. Any information
would be helpful.
