The PDF scrolling problem may have to do with your mouse settings. I have a
Logitech, and in Mouse Properties / Buttons Tab, I set Scrolling Size to 3
lines. So when I scroll in a PDF using the mouse wheel, I see every 3rd
page. Hope this helps.
