Re the "graphics look bad in Acrobat" thread, a lot of the problem is that
most MS Office products have an anti-aliasing feature that sweetens up your
72 dpi screenshots and other graphics. So when you distill them and view in
Acrobat, you'll see what the graphics "really" look like. There's even an
entry in Adobe's KB about this:

The best way to get around it is to take better screen shots. Register a
copy of SnagIt and shoot at 300 dpi. It won't solve your size problems,
though.
