OK, maybe I'm in a silly mood today, but:

re: "Drafts" - Sam Adams sounds good.

re: bosses who pick up drafts off your desk without your permission - bury a
copy of that Dilbert cartoon Dick mentioned within the first few pages. I
did something similar to that one time with a particlularly prickly
reviewer, and the message got across. He became one of our staunchest
supporters.

re: hiding your drafts - don't bother unless you want said boss to rummage
through your stuff. Hide it in plain sight... by keeping your desk buried in
piles of paper. <G>

OK, we return you now to the realms of sanity.
