Inserting images by reference or linking has some advantages over
inserting images by pasting:

1) Linking reduces the bloat of your Word doc, which, in turn, improves
the reliability and stability of the Word doc.

2) Linking preserves the image in its native format and lets you do
other things with it, or edit it, later. If the image is pasted directly
into Word, the only way to get it out is Save as HTML and the parameters
of the image might be changed by the experience.

I pretty much always link and never paste directly into any DTP or
word-processing app.

Hi
How about directly pasting the screenshoots in Word files than
inserting?
what problem can shoot up?
