I have a 100 page word document that I am trying to import into RoboHelp. The problem is:

As I import, I define where to split the pages (I select Heading 1 only). Right after this, I get the following error:

"The hyperlink "Population Measures", used in "bms.htm", is outside of the current project and willnot be shown in Project Manager."

Then, I get an empty folder called bms_files. THE IMPORT DOESN'T WORK!

I investigate the "Poplulation Mesures" chapter and TOC that links to it and I don't see anything funky going on.

What is the problem? Any suggestions on how do I fix this? I am on a pressing deadline that seems to be getting closer every minute. My 48 hour support return on Ehelp is too late.

Regards,

Christopher Morrow
