Should a PDF include "Printed in Country" phrase ?

Hello

I'm looking to find out if there is a standard application for the phrase
"Printed in Country" for a PDF document. This is a document that used to be
printed on paper and delivered to clients. Now, this document is placed on
the website or delivered on a CD-ROM with the application software already
having online help. This document is a PDF version of single-sourced
documentation offering the option of a printable version to the client. This
document may also be printed at some time by us if the client asks for it.
This product is sold internationally and I simply don't find that the "
Printed in..." phrase applies in the PDF version.
