You can also use it to generate SGML. However, you can use the
structured features even if you don't need to generate either one. A
structured template provides a means of forcing errant writers into a
strict format; you can set one up to not allow, for example, one heading
to follow another heading without some intervening text.

Many firms that use structured documentation also use information
mapping. I recommend doing a Google search on "structured documentation"
or "information mapping" Here are some helpful links to give you a
