Windows has Solitaire. Require users to play it for a few
hours before they see your software. That will handle 80%
of what users need. (I'm serious!)

During my incarnation in technical support, training tradespeople to use our system was part of the gig. Since some of these people were delightful but afraid of their VCR's and automated bank tellers, using PC's and wireless HPC's almost paralyzed them. Quite often I would recommend that they spend their lunch hours with Solitaire or Hearts. It saved several installations from languishing. As the Bill Cosby Show intro said, "If you ain't careful, you might learn something."
