Evil? I suppose it is insidious that the developer of this particular scam made use
of the common tendency of users not to READ the End User License Agreement. However,
my understanding is that if one does not "Accept" the EULA terms nothing is loaded
on one's computer.

Is it evil to prey on computer users who ignore EULAs at their peril?
