Another shareware product is SmartDraw, which comes in three
flavours. MUCH cheaper than Visio (close to 50%, I think), and as
easy or easier to use (for my admittedly limited needs). Plus, the web
site has online tutorials for how to create different types of charts for
things like UML, Gantt charts, network design, and others. There's a
free viewer so that people without SmartDraw can see your drawings.
And their customer service is _excellent_.
