But you will never be able to stop a determined person from printing
what they can see on the screen. Tools exist for breaking PDF security.
And as a last resort, they can always make a screen capture and print
from that.

My son used to work for the "largest software manufacturer in the world," based near Seattle. He said that the philosophy there was: "You can't stop everyone from pirating software; we are just trying to keep the average person honest."
