Is it time to start a new career?

Young people in India, just out of college and in tech jobs can take home 10,000 rupees, or just over $200, a a country where nearly half the population survives on less than $1 a day -- and more and more work is coming their way via outsourcing contracts with US firms.
This wage puts them the upper middle class -- with disposable income.
