John posted an amusing anecdote, then everyone weighed in with their opinion on whether or not he should have posted it, or whether the woman should have said something or not.

Now, you two are wasting bandwidth debating who meant what and who is or isn't allowed to respond to stuff.

Please, can we discuss _actual_ tech-writing issues? If you two want to continue this, take it to private email.
